This portfolio, consisting of 27 properties and a total of 546 units with 1 commercial unit and 2 vacant lots, is owned by a non-profit organization dedicated to providing low-income housing for seniors and families.

All properties are located within New York State. The portfolio is in the Rochester market and surrounding areas making it easier to manage with operational efficiency. The hope is to find a new owner with the same mission and focus on housing affordability for the low to moderate income families and seniors.
